I stayed at this property 3 times and 2 were horrible. The problems ran the gamut - dirty rooms, televisions and refrigerators that don't work, carpeting that was trashed, incompetent front desk staff and double charges on my credit card. Once could be a fluke but after a second disasterious visit I won't be back. It is a shame because... More

The mgr. Victor is wonderful and he has trained his staff to be as adequate as he is with their customer service... I always enjoy my stays here and plan to refer others and keep coming back! Thank you all !

The staff were courteous, accommodating, enthusiastic, and cheerful no matter what time of day it was. We had serveral rooms for a wedding party and every guest we talked to loved it there. Victor and his staff (especially Margie and Dexter) bent over backwards to be helpful and take care of our ailing, handicapped father. As the Matron of Honor... More

I checked in to my room to find, a spider in the bed, blood stains, dirty sheets, dirty blankets, dirty pillow cases. If you have to stay there, please make sure you check and inspect the room!!!!! The hotel does not provide housekeeping services on weekends...... My advice to you is DO NOT STAY THERE unless you really have to.

The check in was smooth and the front desk clerk is so nice and helpful. The room itself was a nice size, very clean and comfortable. Having the kitchen was great, but wish there had been a morning express coffee buffet, as the nearest Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks is a 5-minute car ride away... Otherwise, it was a great $... More

My 1st and last stay at an Extended Stay. The staff was rude, and unprofessional. The hotel is dirty. NO MAID SERVICE. If you want or need towels, you have to go to the front desk, and deal with those...There is no night staff, so women traveling alone should never stay here. There is a small kitchen, but you need... We stayed at the Extended Stay America location in Springfield, VA because it was close to a Metro station and because we had vouchers for two nights that we had won at a fundraising auction. The hotel applied the vouchers to the first two nights of our three-night stay, which happened to be the more expensive nights, leaving us with... More

For our recent family trip to Washington, DC, I was trying to find a hotel that had free parking, would be close to a Metro station and with reasonable rates. We found this to be a good location. Walk out the back end of the property, onto a little access road that leads to the Franconia/Springfield Metro station (last stop... More

having read several reviews, we were kind of worried that this would be a bad experience. however, we were pleasantly surprised. we went in with low expectations which helped. it's not a residence inn but it was okay. it reminded me of a college dorm. the room carpet did have a smell sometimes-it was mostly that gym locker at the...
