I stayed in this hotel for one night only (and that felt like eternity) The room had a sweet smell of sweat and heavy chemicals to cover it up I had to open both windows to even be able to stay in the room The place was filthy, with sticky hallway floor which you could tell were not cleaned for... more

having read several reviews, we were kind of worried that this would be a bad experience. however, we were pleasantly surprised. we went in with low expectations which helped. it's not a residence inn but it was okay. it reminded me of a college dorm. the room carpet did have a smell sometimes-it was mostly that gym locker at the... more

I stayed here for 6 weeks as temporary housing during a move - and if timing and finances has allowed, I would have stayed anywhere else! I would highly recommend that if you do hot HAVE to stay here, that you choose another hotel in the area - any other hotel in the area. The hotel is located on a... more

I stayed here for a month and a half on business. It‘s best for someone trying to make the best out of a tight budget but wants to be within public transportation reach of Washington D.C.: PROS AND CONS 1. It’s one of the cheapest hotels in the area, with a reduced rate for 30 days or more. Plus, they... more

1. The location is somewhat lacking. On a dead end street across from a gated/barb-wire govt warehouse facility. 2. The staff leaves from 1100pm till 0700am. Never been to a hotel where there was no mgmt rep at all during the night. 3. Upon turning down my sheets I noticed that there were numerous hairs from the previous guest....yes, they... more

We spent 6 days touring all the sites in Washington DC. We were looking for a hotel that was nice, but affordable, nothing fancy, but we wanted a kitchenette so we wouldn't have to eat all our meals out. We also wanted one close to a Metro station since we didn't have a car. I agree with one of the... more

According to the previous review the metro is steps away...NOT SO. I stayed at this hotel based on the one review and luckily I had a car. The metro is not right next door. It's more like 1/2 to 1 mile away. You have to cut through apartments to get there. I asked the hotel which way to go to... more

While I haven't actually stayed at this hotel, I have lived in the Springfield, VA area right across the street from this hotel for quite sometime. I am surprised to see that there are no posts about this hotel. My husband and I said as soon as we saw it being built that there would be no better location to... more
