Nice, courteous staff. Hotel and rooms were very clean, nice amenities, very convenient to the interstate, restaurants and grocery stores. Affordable price. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Have to say the below review from Beth is accurate. Better stays available in the area. Floor was sticky, bath had a strange mat glued in with stinky chemicals, which was followed by more chemical smells when I had them remove this disgusting thing in the morning, This property lives from the road crews working nearby who stay there at... this was possibly the worst 14 hours in a hotel I have had in YEARS!!! the people were rude, my room was not ready when i first arrived (at almost 4pm) and when i did finally get in to one it had a nasty odor to it. The appliances in the room were all rusty and and nasty looking. The... More

I need to address a few former reviews complaining about construction workers/truck drivers. The men & women in these professions work very hard & are away from home for weeks & months at a time. So, we choose hotels that are clean, comfortable & give us the comforts of home. Which, this Quality Inn certainly did.In fact, they went above... More

A wonderful place right from check-in. The lady at the desk was very accomendating, giving us a room where we could see our truck and trailer. We are bargain travelers and we did go a little over budget on this one because it was still such a good price for such a nice place. Our room was clean and comfy... More

We stayed her for one night while passing through South Hill, Va. The room was spacious and clean with a microwave and refrigerator. Everything worked properly so we had no problems. The breakfast was adequate with sausage, waffles, and the usual baked items. I had two complaints. First, the outside corridors and steps were filthy although the room was clean.... More

Stayed here traveling with my mom. Very clean but filled with construction workers and truckers. Outside rooms so even less safety. Would be OK for family or couple....don't recommend for single woman.

I have been to various quality inns but this one was very clean and roomy. I liked the welcoming attitude of the employees. It was a very quiet area and it was comfortable to sleep there. I was not disappointed in staying there and the night manager even let us eat our meal in the lounge area.

Very affordable, but not very nice. It was good enough for a one night stay. The room was clean, but the ceiling clearly had leaks in the past, with a very poor sparkle job that had yet to be painted. The free breakfast was basic, but a great deal considering how cheap the hotel was.

Been here before and knowing it was tractor-trailer and pet friendly, we stopped again. Nothing disappointing about our stay either. Front desk was polite, knowledgeable, quick to check us in and just looked up my info from our previous stay without asking for all sorts of info. Appreciated not having to dig thru the wallet for ID and all kinds... More
