I wanted to let people know that the issue involving the van, breakfast and coffee pot was resolved the next morning by a great customer service desk agent. It should never have come to the point where we were so upset though. Trip advisor should really allow users to edit reviews. Thanks. We will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel...only draw back would be the parking..we ended up having to park across the street..found out later they had a couple of wedding party... so we got a little exercise....Great weekend..will do it again in the fall..

No complaints here. Everything you would expect in an economy/business hotel. Internet, fitness and pool areas available. Buffet breakfast nothing to be blown away by, but enough to get you through the day.

If you fly out of RIC and need to park your car here this is the hotel you want to stay at. It is clean and it has all the amenities you would need. There is also a shuttle to the airport. I would strongly recommend it.

Beautiful lobby, really comfortable rooms. Extremely accessible to the airport & Interstate. We were there for a weekend family gathering & there were a lot of us. The staff was always helpful with our needs and requests.
