A great stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and cared about me. Shaun Williams was a perfect front end maanger. Rooms were clean, confortable, updated and smelled fresh. Felt safe and secure. Hotel offered local shuttle service to local area. WOW what a great service. Folks were driven around by employee who smiled and was glad to be of service Jeff

We got excellent directions from the front desk as to where the hotel was located, and they had a sheet ready when we wanted to know about nearby restaurants. The room was marvelous! It even had a whirlpool tub for two. We are loyal Courtyard customers.

Clean, friendly staff, & great location. Restaurants plentiful within close proximity. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the breakfast & access to computers in the lobby. Pool & fitness center were clean and I enjoyed using both.

A basic Marriott with very friendly staff. Limited good restaurants nearby but a good selection of bistro food was available in the lounge. Airport noise was not a factor however doors could easily be heard slamming but this was attributed to rude guests and not faulty hotel construction.

The hotel is within 1 mile of the Richmond Airport and shuttle service is provided. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable and staff was friendly at check-in. Breakfast was available for purchase in the Bistro. If you wish to eat elsewhere, there are other restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, this was another pleasant stay at Courtyard!
