We rented two rooms. My complaint is about one room and the service. There were bugs in the room (roaches and stink-bugs), with roaches in the toilet and shower. The stink-bugs were (alive and dead) in the room generally. The room was not clean (ashes in the ashtray, hair on the linens). We would have changed rooms, but arrived late... more

I was scheduled to have reservations for Virginia Tech graduation weekend May 2009 .....that I booked in June of 2008. I just check on my reservations 4.23.09 and found the hotel had CANCELLED my reservation ( even though I had a credit-card hold on it ) ... I had gotten a good rate.... and I believe they cancelled my reservations... more

The property was clean enough I must say. The night clerk was very polite and checked us in quickly. I only have two gripes really. The bed was completely broken down in 221 and the air didn't work properly. It got hot after we went to bed and no adjustment helped. The vent knob was completely stripped, not that that... more

Never stayed at super 8 earlier, this was the frst experience... It is a very good, clean, friendly and easily accessible hotel.. This hotel is right off of I81 and there are a ton of places to eat and shop. Very convenient location. more

Bathroom not clean, hair on floor, bathtub did not seem to be clean. Typically, it was the only room available, so changing was not an option. YUK. more
