The hotel is owned and managed by the ubiquitious "Patel" family whose motto is "Save-a-Penny" no matter what. It was 11:30pm and I was tired from 11 hours of driving. The lighted banner stated "AARP" only $39.95" I could not find my membership card, however my silver hair validated my age. The young girl told me "sorry" and plugged me... more

We booked this hotel primarily based on cost and location. We had a group of 7 going to Kings Dominion for the weekend. Chose this hotel due to its price and proximity to Kings Dominion Amusement park. Went down for a quick 1 night 1 day trip to Kings Dominion; used their website to search for nearby hotels. This budget hotel is ok for families looking for an average stay in a sleepy little town close to King's Dominion in Virginia.
