This was was the worst service I have ever received at a Choice Hotel. The room we were assigned was just horrible. The bathroom faucet was broken with no hot water when you did get faucet to turn on. Our AAU team stayed here. We booked all NONSMOKING suites. On the phone we were told each room had pullout sofas for each family and extra cots if needed.........
