This place was terrible. The staff was not very pleasant, the rudeness with which we were treated made this an unwelcome experience! If you have children this place is not for you. It is yards of a truck stop, very noisy. Not clean at all!!!!!!! more

Really cheap, clean, good breakfast, nice staff. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for someone passing through in need of a decent place to sleep. FYI if you are a light sleeper the side of the hotel by the truck stop can be noisy at night. more

Stayed in room 106. It was clean, well maintained and everything workd in there, as it was designed to. Close to several Gas Stations/Restaurants and 2 Truck Stops. Check In Staff were polite and very efficient. more

I spent one night at this Holiday Inn Express. The website says that pets are allowed, but they charge a small fee at check-in which was not mentioned on the main page of the website. This hotel is completely surrounded by gas stations and truck stops. The room was overly perfumed, probably to counteract the exhaust fumes from the trucks... more

First room we were assigned, the "power toilet" was not flushing properly and was loose on it's base and so wobbled when sat on. Lobby clerk said (twice) “I rent that room everyday and no one else ever complained."-- as if I were lying! Re-assigned room next door. The place is a dump. The kind where you even wear your sandals in the shower and then take them off as you get in bed. We slept on TOP of the sheets. The rooms we had stunk terrible and the pool was disgusting. Don't waste your $119.90 more

Driving through Virginia, stopped at exit 104 to get a few hours rest. Picked up one of those hotel coupon books you find int the service areas. Found a $42.00 coupon for the Holiday Inn Express.
