“Very nice”

I would recommend staying here. It was so clean, the room was fresh, coffee and fridge in room, breakfast had a good variety and the price was fair. My grandson loved the pool and played for hours. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and smiling. I would recommend this to friends.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Very neat, comfortable room with nice amenities, especially in light of reasonable room rate (especially liked the 'rubber ducky' sitting on the bath towels!). Stayed here due to the good reviews on Tripadvisor, but I was not impressed at all with the property. The breakfast area was tiny and overrun when we went down in the morning, with little food visible. The rooms were ok but the rest of the hotel felt cramped and run down.

Pennsylvania friends...I'm so sorry that you weren't happy with your stay! I'm with you on the cramped breakfast area! It's probably smaller than Angela Jolie's shoe closet! Property is well maintained, rooms are spotless and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed anywhere! I'm an Asthmatic, so cleanliness is very important to me! “Best Stay in a Best Western”

We always stay in Best Westerns, this one was the best one so far during our 2,800 mile road trip from Las Vegas. Night receptionist (Jason) went above and beyond to accommodate us with a room on 05/19/13. He was professional, kind, considerate. One of the best desk Receptionist.

“Exceptionally Clean Rooms... Great Price... Loved it!”

Great breakfast...burritos, eggs , biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit cups ...everything! Very nice rooms, exceptionally clean. Great place to stay! Staff smiled and chatted with you. Wonderful staff. Beds were heavenly, best sleep in a hotel in years. Cant say enough about this hotel.

Stayed here for two days while conducting a training session in Roanoke. Room was large with comfy chair for relaxing after being on feet all day. Especially liked convenience of electrical outlets everywhere. Easy to plug in laptop and printer plus iPhone within easy reach of multiple locations without having to unplug something else.
