I wasn't expecting much when I made my reservations here - but it falls short in even the most basic areas. The complimentary breakfast was sub-par. For example, No bagels. No bananas. I went to get change for the vending machines at the front desk and asked her if the vending machines took dollar bills or if I would need... More

We stayed at Quality Inn Roanoke Airport for a wedding (reception held there) and had a wonderful time. The complimentary breakfast was great and the large dining room provided a place to visit with other guests. Also, the pool was well kept and provided a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and landscaping.

I don't expect too much when staying at Quality Inn. Some are good, some not so good. This one was definitely the latter. Room was class motel-style with noisy window-unit AC and really springy (i.e. uncomfortable) bed. Place was decently clean, and front desk was fine. OK for the price. Thank goodness I only paid $45 + tax on priceline....I'd... More

This hotel is stuck in 1969. It's rooms are dirty, paper is peeling and is generally falling apart. See other reviews, you'll see. The pool area is ok but that's about it. The rooms are not worth the rate. There are other hotels within walking distance. Look there first. You've been warned!

This is a very nice hotel for the money - a real bargain if you use one of the hotel coupon books. For $55/night this is as nice as most hotels costing $75 (coupon rates). A great hot breakfast (real eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, ceral, muffins, etc.), very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Affordable cafe in lobby with very good... More

Great free breakfast! Free wi-fi! The room was clean, nothing fancy but comfortable. The only downside to this hotel is that there is not much around it...but would recommend if you just need a place to stay for the night on your road trip elsewhere. Good value for the price!

It is an attractive hotel, with all of the amenities expected in it's genre. But what I'm here to talk about is the service. It was excellent. GM Eric Shina, his assistant Brandon Snuffer and clerk Ed Schubert were at the desk when I came in. They were all friendly and chatty and asked all the right questions and displayed... More

We were impressed with the staff at check in, as they were very friendly and helpful. They even looked up directions for us! Then the next morning we were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful hot breakfast! It was truly the Best Breakfast of a 10 day trip! The young lady who checked us out was also friendly and helpful!

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and having stayed ther previously I was not expecting much. Was I surprised. All the rooms at the hotel have been redone with new carpeting, new furniture and new wallcoverings. The hot breakfast was very good with plenty to eat. Much more than expected. I inquired at the front desk and was told... More

Thank you for your comments and we are glad you found the work we have done so positive. We have completed the new carpet and furniture refinishing in all of the rooms. We are also installing new vanity lights and finishing up the resurfacing of our sidewalks. While all of these improvements will make our guests more comfortable, we still... More
