Don't waste your money staying here... not worth it at all!!! The new GM was rude and unhelpful with our stay. His overal customer service skills were not very professional which is a shame because the former GM was very nice and helpful when we stayed at this hotel each year traveling to visit family in the area. I hope... More

We were traveling home from Florida with another couple and after a 12 hour ride arrived at this hotel where we had reservations. We went to our rooms and in the other couple's room , the smoke detector would go off every few minutes and we could hear it in our next door room as well. When we informed the... More

I gave this hotel 3 stars for one main reason: I felt the common areas were not well kept. My room was wonderful though! Great bed, good pillows and linens. The room had a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. It was clean. Nice breakfast with hot food: eggs, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits--southern style. A nice sized outdoor pool,... More

After reading the reviews was a little leary of staying here. But, the price was decent and it was close to where we needed to go. The room was decent, no real complaints. The only cons were: not enough towels in the room, 5 people and 2 towels; had to go get more. Also the pool did not have steps... More

The exterior of the building is falling apart, cracked walls, needs paint, broken glass and branches in the parking lot, 6-ft-tall jimson weeds everywhere, tiles in the pool broken, multiple repairs to the room ceiling from water damage, filthy carpets in the lobby and the room. Two very small bath towels. No one wears a uniform, just Tshirts and jeans.... More

We stayed at the property for one night on our way to the Smoky Mountains and totally regret it. If it had not been for the rest of our group telling me to "just deal with it" for 1 night I would have turned on my heel and checked right back out of this dump. The hotel was filthy, dirty... More

Two days without room being cleaned, so no towels or toilet paper. Asked front desk three times in the afternoon to have housekeeping clean our room, and they never did (they claimed we had a do not disturb sign, which we did not). When we asked at front desk again that night about the room being cleaned, we were informed... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights to attend a conference. This is basically a motel with breakfast. At the first night, we found the bathtub clogged. Although the staff were reasonably nice, they declined request of room change and it took them six hours to resolve it. Room had strange smell, which we presume to be related to... More

Stayed at this place on Business twice. Just not up to Choice standards. Not even close. The Manager offered me a $59 rate for a King/Non-Smoking room. Where do I start? 1.) Limited TV Channels. No History Channel, No MSNBC, poor quality television. 2.) Terrible Internet WiFi. Extremely slow, and wouldn't pass outgoing email. 3.) Breakfast was free, of course,... More
