The room was very comfortable. The entry way has a very nice wood floor. The large, flat screen T.V. is a pleasant plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you haven't stayed at a Sheraton before give this one a try. more

I recently stayed at the Roanoke Plaza, now the Roanoke Sheraton. The hotel has been renovated and was very nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only negative was the hotel restaurant. I was overcharged for a meal that was at best mediocre. more

This hotel was recently rebranded as a Sheraton. The hotel is truely wonderful. It has been 100% completely redone. The rooms have hardwood floor when you enter, brand new bathrooms, Sheraton Sleep bed and a fridge in the room. The breakfast was a little pricey but good. I visited late March 2009 and the construction appears to be all done. I didn't notice it at all. The rooms were immaculate, as were the public areas like the pool, restaurant, and lobby. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel, the amenities, and the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again. more
