We booked a 2 night stay there...we had to practically BEG housekeeping to come up and clean our rooms, which should've been cleaned being it was about 4 in the evening. To make a LONG story short, after calling them to come clean the rooms, all but, 1 of the rooms still was not clean, when going down to the desk again to inquire about it, the housekeeping lady came out screaming they did the rooms and told me to shut up and go back to my room. The manager came after 2 hours and we finally got the last room cleaned at 1 am...then we woke up at 8 am to hit the road to go back home and was rid of this place. The staff and manager were very RUDE and INCONSIDERATE toward customer's needs and concerns. They took up for each other and everything I said just went in 1 ear and out the other...I have never experienced this type of service with hotel staff and I had never had to BEG the employees to do their job, the rooms were not very clean to begin with and for them not wanting to clean... more
