The accomodation was comfortable but looked a little 'tired'. The breakfast was excellent. the front desk service was warm, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

My family and I took a weekend trip to the mountains and stayed at this hotel. We were shocked when we got there the hotel needs to be renovated very badly. The outside was dirty and it was not in a very good location. The management and clerk were very nice and the breakfast was good.

The employees working at the desk and the breakfast bar were very nice. The room is very old and needs updating badly ! Also , killed three bugs that were found in the room. Won't stay there again.

We thought a Ramada would be a nice place to stay. We were a little leery when we saw the outside so we asked to inspect the room. Rundown and had an I plead odor. We returned the key and would not stay.

Before I start on the negatives, the younger girl at the front desk was apologetic and very friendly...the room was filthy- blood on the carpet, falling down bath ceiling, dirty sheets, smells like mold and cigarettes (non smoking room). I stayed with 3 other people, we all changed rooms, hoping for a better result, but not the case. The door... More

Rm. 125 Yes, this was a smoking room, however, there is NO excuse for the nastiness of this room. Everythong run down and dated, in addition to the following. Holes in walls, stained dirty couch, pealing wall paper along with an inch of old cigarette smoke stains on everything. To top it off, there was old dried poo on the... More

it sounds like a big name - Ramada hotels and resorts - but it barely passes for a cheap motel - on a huge territory they could do a lot better than dark rooms and outdated building Breakfast was disappointing to say the least - but to be fair, so is breakfast and food in almost all hotels in USA
