Stayed here for 1 night on business. A good quality Hyatt hotel - well appointed rooms. Great bar/grill on ground floor. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again.

The Reston Hyatt is a great place for a weekend get away. If you are looking to explore DC, it is not too far away to jump into the city. But if you are just looking to relax it is worlds away. Reston offers lots of places to dine and shops to browse. The hotel is clean, upscale, and stylish... More

Beware! There is a scam going regarding the internet access! It's "per device". Hers how they get you: even if they tell you that Internet access is "included" in your rate... It's for one device only. So if you were to spend 15 minutes waiting for the crummy IT Support help.... You ate told that if you logged in with... More

Dear Travrllot, Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the internet service you received during your stay with us. The internet service included with any room package or upgrade does only allow for one device. To include multiple devices, there is a $5 upcharge when internet is included, or when purchasing, guests should select the... More

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night: a family of 4 including 2 kids. We had originally reserved a 2 double beds room with AAA rate that include a free breakfast for all ( as specified by the agent on the phone on a recorded phone call for "quality assurance") but ended up getting 1 king bed with breakfast... Chain hotels never excites me. Hyatt Reston is no exception. But if you need to stay in Reston, Hyatt is a good choice. Good service, rooms and services. The location is very good and close to Dulles airport. While you are there, try Mortons around the corner for a great stake. Mortons will never surprise you with its dark and... More

Great location, well maintained, good service and nice room. Room could use refrigerator or miniibar, and Hyatt thermostats are not easiest to use.. No perks for Gold Passport members in contrast to next night at Doubletree with suite upgrade, 2 bottles of water, free internet, breakfast and cookie under Hilton Honors.

Dear rkboca, Thank you for taking time to share your review. I am happy to hear you enjoyed your overall experience and our great location. The Hyatt Reston is the perfect business hotel for trips to companies in the Reston Town Center. It is clean, fairly new located at the foot o the town center. My family stayed at the Reston Hyatt for a convention the weekend of February 3rd. While the rooms where fair, as far as decor, there was not much to be desired. There is much to do in the surrounding area, however, if you strip away location and focus on the hotels amenities, it is severely lacking. Among the things lacking:... More

Had a great one night get away here! Excellent service, beautiful lobby area, and fantastic light-filled indoor pool area. A few small gift shops are attached to the hotel, as well as a nice bar, a $$ restaurant, and (our favorite) a Panera. Skip the $15 pancakes and grab a bagel from Panera.
