Wow, how lucky were we to find this place!! My husband had to work in Reedville for about 3 weeks from 17 January until 5 February. I wanted to join my husband with our Golden Retriever for the Martin Luther King Weekend. So I searched for a B&B in the area that would allow our dog. My husband was going... More

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting the historic Reedville area. Marguerite is a wonderful hostess, and the breakfasts were probably the best I've had at a B&B ever. Just scrumptious! She is very gracious: the second morning I was there, another couple turned down just about everything as they were allergic to/didn't like/didn't feel like/whatever, and... More

Hi, I am so sorry to write a late reply, please know it is not reflective of my appreciation for such a detailed review, thank you so very much for taking the time. I have been struggling with the idea of locks on the room doors for awhile, whether to introduce keys for each room, locks for only when inside,... More

Marguerite is a wonderful hostess very knowledgable about the area. We enjoyed the gourmet breakfasts she prepared each day. The atmosphere is casual, and the location is perfect for a retreat. We tried the Trick Dog Cafe in a nearby town and were very happy with the dinner. We look forward to returning to Fleeton Fields again.

Highly recommend this b&b. Margarite is a PERFECT hostess. We called her last minute for a place to stay on a Saturday night and we took her last available room. She was very friendly and helpful in places to eat, things to do, etc. The place itself comfortably sleeps its guests and we had our own private wing that was... More

You guys were great, there is always something so free spirited with spir of the moment plans. I love sitting out on the point at night, and was glad it wasn't raining that day, as the spring and summer have been so wet! I hope you will come back, thank you for writing such a wonderful review, I wanted you... More

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Fleeton Fields B & B. The location was perfect to just sit and appreciate the beauty that abounds on the property. We went to recharge our batteries and I was fully charged by the next morning. We stayed in the Garden Suite and let me tell you the bed was... More

Bridget and Chet, you were as much fun! You are exactly the reason I love running this B&B. But, the key to a wonderful stay is truly what you brought with you . . . which is interest, joy, curiousity, and a sense of adventure. I hope to see you guys again soon! I will try to arrange for John... More

Greetings Marguerite, Carolyn and I had a wonderful one night and regret that we could not stay another night or two. Your website photos do not exaggerate the beauty of the setting and your home. You definitely have a green thumb. I am tempted to say your history lesson of the region was the highlight, but I must settle for... More

Robert, thank you for such a wonderful review. It was quite easy to be interested in your fishing trip, especially when you had such a great time! I hope you will return again to fish or enjoy the weekend with someone special. Marguerite More

My husband and I recently spent our "mini" honeymoon in the Garden Suite at Fleeton Fields. I have visited B & B's around the US and Western Europe, and in my opinion, what makes a place truly memorable,is the proprietor. Marguerite is the perfect hostess, a wonderful cook, (hopefully you will have a chance to sample her lemon chess pie!),... More

Thank you for such lovely remarks, you both made it easy to be gracious. I will have to say that I will possibly not have lemon chess pie on hand, but it was such a special occasion for you that it was fun to add to your stay. Please come back again to celebrate, I will order only perfect weather!... More

I selected the Fleeton Fields B&B because it's near the docks where our fishing boat is harbored. Upon arrival, the owner (Marguerite) & I discussed my next morning's departure plans (I had to be up at 0515 & I was not sure what was the best route to the harbor) . She gave me great driving instructions to include a... More

We stayed two nights at Fleeton Fields B&B with our two teenage boys and Jack Russell terrier, and could not have asked for a better accommodation. Marguerite was everything you could ask for in a hostess: warm, welcoming, informative and helpful, without being overbearing. She provided a number of activities for us to enjoy at the B&B--paddling in the pond,... More

Carol, Chris, Randolph, and Dean - and not to forget Allie. Thank you for coming, and being so great. You guys are exactly why I really enjoy running this business. Your left a empty space , isn't it funny how people touch your, even briefly? It was great to share a moment in your family's life, thank you. Marguerite More

We had a very pleasant stay at Fleeton Fields. We had the garden suite which is spacious and comfortable. The furnishings are perfect for the period the owner is trying to reflect. Marguerite is a charming and generous hostess. Her breakfast was first class. She is quite knowledgeable of the area and directed us to Christ Church for an easy... More

Hi, I realized over a year later that I had not responded to this review. Thank you for the lovely compliments. I have always tried to improve anything guests tell me they would like, I'm not sure location could be one:) Reedville has such a neat history, I enjoy living here. I hope you will return some day.
