Our studio apartment was large and very modern. It had modern appliances including a capsule coffee machine, gas fired heater etc. The room and grounds were immaculately maintained. While this is a review of the accommodation rather than the on-site restaurant, the Pavillion restaurant within the complex was a little disappointing particularly the night we got room service. The cheese... More

I only spent one night there; fervently wished I could have spent many nights there. What a comfortable, elegantly appointed, wonderful inn(?) hotel(?) - it's a grouping of cottages. It's located right on the edge of the small town of Martinborough. This area is a known area for excellent wines and wineries. Never got to go to town as the... More

This is a top notch establishment that goes the extra mile to make sure you are very comfortable and relaxed. Its close enough to stroll to most of the vineyards. The food is great and the rooms are very well appointed with lots of little extras that make it very special. A great place when you want to be far... More

Well appointed cottages with full privacy and all amenities and fully equipped kitchen. Very Spacious and light, some have an outdoor hot tub. Restaurant food very good as is service. Walkable to Martinborough village centre and wineries close by.

This is the second time I've been here. this time was for our wedding and the whole dale went perfectly. The staff were awesome - helpful, responsive and really went out of their way to clear a space for our wedding because the weather wasn't good enough for outside. The villas and rooms were beautiful and the food we had... More

Travels took us through Wellington, and we thought we'd take a night down in Martinborough. Although Peppers is at the expensive end of the scale, the price is worth it. The room was lovely, with a nice spa bath and outlook onto a vineyard. A two minute into town to the nice shops, pubs and eateries. Our only regret is... More

I can't decide if I should give this five or one stars, so compromised on three. Some parts of our group's stay were absolutely marvelous, but other parts were disappointing and unexpected in an upmarket property such as this. Full marks for the rooms, which were enormous in size and lavish in their appointments. Even the regular standard rooms were... More

Stayed overnight in a Lakeside cottage .Beautiful surroundings, warm welcome on arrival and very pleasant staff. The cottages are very tastefully furnished with everything you could ask for.Really liked the furnishings and attention to detail.Lovely gardens to wander around in the sunny morning.Had a lovely breakfast at the onsite restaurant.Delicious. The only downside was the tiled floor in the beautiful bathroom.Wow slippery... More

Unbelievable. With perfect secluded accommodation, well laid out, everything just as you need. Great staff and grounds and central to many vineyards and cellar doors. On the rural edge of Martinborough and an easy drive to Greytown for shopping and as well as coffee and food. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves any more. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights for our mini moon and absolutely loved it. We chose a secluded cottage and were really impressed by how spacious and beautifully appointed it was. Breakfast was included in the rate and was massive, we also had an enjoyable meal at the on site restaurant. We could not get... More
