My wife and I stayed on the weekend, with our family friends in the unit next door. I have to say this is one of the nicer places we have stayed at. Rooms are well laid out, spacious, warm, with funky decor. We didn't have dinner here, but the buffet breakfast was nice (with a large continental option) and plenty... More

We stayed at peppers parehua for the weekend on our wedding anniversary. The lakeside cottage we stayed in was lovely. We arrived to find the cottage lit up, with heaters on.... It made for a very warm welcome. The decor is lovely and relaxing. Finishing touches like wool throws on the couches and beds help to make you feel cosy... More

It's freezing and despite the cold and floods, we made it to Martinborough for our couple of days away before starting new jobs. We booked a secluded cottage and it was exactly that. A rural setting, quiet and romantic. The word is luxury The cottage has everything you need. It's clean, cosy and comfortable. The king size bed is great,... More

Wife and I stayed here for two nights. Cottage was secluded and well layed out. King size bed was extremely comfortable and we liked the heated floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was very tasty and staff readily produced gluten-free options for my wife. We have stayed here before a few times and have enjoyed it each time. One small niggle,... More

Stayed for three nights in the secluded cottage and absolutely loved it. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic, great big bed that was incredibly comfortable and a very well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was included and was lovely. The cottage itself was very spacious and also had a great gas fire place. Would highly recommend for a quiet romantic weekend away.

Stayed the night in a 'winemakers cottage' - spacious, gas flame open fire, full kitchen, huge bathroom with heated floor, comfy lounge area, private patio with outdoor furniture - all impeccably clean and well kept. The design of the units made it feel as if we were the only ones here. Had a walk around the lake, played petanque, decided... More

Stayed for two nights and loved our 'Winemaker's cottage'. A lovely lounge that was massive for two people, lovely warm gas fire, huge king bed and a massive bathroom with a great spa bath. It was lovely and quiet and we slept incredibly well. Weather was a bit iffy in Martinborough so we spent a bit of time in the... More

The breakfast was also delish with varieties of breads, cereals, fresh tea leafs etc etc! We also had a couples massage... More

Initially when we first arrived on the Friday afternoon, I thought we may be one of a few couples staying that weekend, well I was so wrong - there were cars parked outside all the cottages and it was busy at breakfast the next morning and it was no different for the Saturday night either. We have stayed at a... More

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom units, it was great, very quiet, warm and relaxing. Service overall was excellent, accommodating and friendly in all areas. As a hub to visit the wineries and towns around Martinborough, it was great and we will be back.
