We stayed 5 days before Easter. What a lovely place, terrific room, spacious, airy, clean and well presented. Beds are very comfortable, huge bathroom. Great service too. Surrounded by great wineries. Highly recommended!

We stayed the week before Easter. We were in one half of a double cottage but there was no one in the other so we virtually had it to ourselves. We had a lovely view out over the neighbouring dairy farm which was quintessentially rural New Zealand. It was lovely and quiet but very close to central Martinborough and all... More

We stayed here for two nights on our way driving up the North Island. What a lovely place. We had a lakeside winemakers cottage. A beautiful outlook. The cottage was very sweet and very well equipped. We could play our DVDs on the player there. (Lord of the Rings to get us in the mood) Lovely size bathroom. We ate... More

Our room was terrific, spacious, airy, clean and well presented. Beds were comfortable with awesome pillows. Staff were attentive and courteous, both in the reception area and in the dining area. We enjoyed an excellent self serve breakfast which couldn't be faulted. This was the second time I'd stayed here and it was as consistently good as the last time.... More

We have stayed at Peppers Parehua 3 times. It is spotless, tasteful and private. It was a great experience to find myself in the middle of wineries and vineyards. The location is peaceful and serene. The quality of furnishings, bed linen, kitchenware, etc. is quite high. Things to improve: 1. Coffee at breakfast - having a proper barista would be... More

Great couple of nights away in Martinborough The room we were given 'Kanuka Lodge' had an amazing rural view, was very clean and well laid out. The tub on the deck was amazing. Only down side was that the WiFi did not work in our room despite a call through to reception which was never followed up and the breakfast... More

This would be the nicest place we stayed at while travelling thorough NZ. The standard of accommodation was modern and first class, the room had a large bedroom area, good size lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Our accomodation included a sumptuous full breakfast. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner meal at the restaurant. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our room was easy to access, very very clean - well done housekeeping what an amazing team they are to watch. So efficient and friendly. Needed more shampoo?... More

Parehua is gets it right on so many levels. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need for a short break. A lovely outlook and the rooms are built to get the most from the sun, super comfy beds and pillows, with a well stocked bathroom - what is not to like? The Pavillion restaurant... More

We have been to Martinborough a lot but never stayed here before. We will be back!! We stayed in a Lakeside Cottage (No 9) which was great. Good sized deck, very private, very quiet and just a pleasure to stay in. Close wander to the restaurant and pool, but not too close. The cottages are lovely and spacious, King Beds,... More
