We arrived late and were supposed to receive a message from them which we didn't so were kept outside the lobby until we got things figured out. It was a family trip including an elderly and 2 kids but we were given a room at level 3 without any lift. Hence the only guy in the family had to carry... More

Booked a 3brm apartment for my daughters wedding, 29th and 30th Nov 2014,night before and the night of the wedding. Stayed on the second floor, apartment was neat and clean and had everything we needed, bedrooms were a good size, laundry and bathrooms good. but it was directly across from the lifts which were extremely noisy. The lifts are old... More

Stayed here for 6 days. Apartments are large, but very in need of a face lift. I was afraid of having a first floor apartment, and despite asking 6 days in advance, I was told my apartment had already been allocated. The apartment was on the lowest (first floor). What the publicity photos do not show, is that in front... More

WE had 2 bed apartment ( 301). Clean and extremely comfortable. Very spacious and well equipped with laundry area and good size kitchen and dining area. Particularly liked having the 2 balcony areas as could sit out at almost anytime and great sea views. Lovely pool area and barbecue if you wanted. We needed to be in e-mail contact with... More

We arrived in Perth to live for a couple of years and needed somewhere that could act as a temporary home until our furniture arrived and we found somewhere a bit more permanent. I can honestly say we could not have found anywhere more suitable. We had a 2 bed apartment with lovely views of the ocean and Rotnest Island,... More

We are currently staying in a 2 bedroom apartment and feel mislead. We booked a 2 bedroom with panoramic views and only have partial views. The room is very dark and claustrophobic and very uncomfortable to stay in. When speaking to reception I was told that we had a second balcony which is not true. We are on the ground... More

We spent four days in a two bedroom apartment (108). The location is great, restaurants and supermarket handy, view from the room lovely, and the unit was clean and tidy. However the apartment is crying out for renovation particularly in the bathroom (shabby tiles, chipped cupboards etc), the kitchen is like the "black hole of Calcutta" and the lighting in... More

We first stayed in Seashells for 3 nights. The plus points about the Seashells is that you get a million dollar view of the ocean, and the location is convenient as Coles is just a 2 minute walk away and there are restaurants nearby. The 2 bedroom apartment though is getting dated and tired. The furniture is not in the... More
