I waked into my room and turned the air conditioner on and was sprayed in the face with dirty brown water, the water then ran down the wall and onto the already dirty carpet. Not a good start. The room had a dank smell, was dirty and basically worn and tattered. The young lady at reception was very nice and... More

We decided to stay in the newly "renovated" rooms.$130 a night. The advertised pool was empty and being ripped out to build new units. Our room had a weather beaten door I could quite easily have put my foot through. The door knob was ready to fall off. Inside the room was very average... they had a phone that didnt... More

This is a good Budget Motel with a great location. I have stayed here on a number of Occasions over the last few years and have not encountered any issues. The rooms have always been ready and clean. If we have arrived late ithe keys have always been in a locked box for us. A continental Breakfast is included in... More

The room was quite dark with an unusual & overpowering smell. The bathroom was covered in mould & looked like it hadn't had a clean for a while. The chair in the room had broken springs - so it was so saggy & you had to put pillows in it to sit & I dread to think how often they... More

We chose this place because it is close to Midland train station and Perth airport for the transfers we needed. The food is very good for the this type of accommodation. It is an australian working man's pub and the bar is not for the faint-hearted. The rooms are run down and in need of refurbishment. The freezer had two... More

Airport less than half hour drive away (allow for peak travel times-can increase travel time) The rooms are dated but comfortable. bath, shower... More

Avoid this place, not only is it so run down as to be laughable, it's also dirty, I don't always expect a room to be furnished in the latest fashions, but I do like my rooms without a 1 inch band of mould around the bath, peoples initials carved in 3 inch letters into the furniture, or some god awful... This is basically a very basic and run down truckers motel. We chose it for location (near to Swan Valley and near to the airport) but actually you might as well stay in Perth. Swan Valley is actually very close, only maybe 20 minutes from Perth, and less to the airport. Or stay in Guildford. Midland is an industrial and... More
