Coral Bay was a highlight of our trip in Western Australia and the Bayview was perfectly adequate for our needs. We do a lot of camping in Africa and were astounded how Aussies pack their campers in like sardines but people were extremely friendly and good-natured and the place was tiptop clean. In this instance we rented a 2-bedroomed chalet... More

We stayed in one of their 2 bedroom villas/cabins which are situated out the front of the grounds with back decks facing the street and right across the road from the beach access. Bakery is a short stroll in one direction and Fins Cafe an even shorter stroll the other way (although everything is close in Coral Bay). Rooms were... More

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers clean.we had a nice little unit, had 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Very roomy also close to toilets shops bbq n beach.no need to drive anywhere its all at your doorstep. Basic motel-style room, clean, with fridge and tv. Hotel is situated on an overcrowded camping site, mostly with families, so no noise after 10. We had breakfast at the bakery and dinner at Bill's pub (also has a bottle shop). Booked a snorkling tour through the ticket shop next to reception, which was great. Mind you that Coral Bay has... Travelling from Broome to Perth we booked into a Ningaloo Villa overnight. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We had time for a walk around the bay & relax then diner at Bill's Tavern. Villa was excellent after a days travelling. Bed very comfortable, shower & bathroom very clean with everything we needed. Meals at Bill's very nice and... More

Because all cabins were full when we booked (in December 2014!), we had no option but to stay in the lodge. For budget reasons we could only afford one room. It had a queen size bed, a single bed and a 'drawer with a thin matrass' under that. With our two teenagers that are just as large as adults, this... More

Stayed one night en route from Geraldton back to Tom Price. Arrived mid afternoon. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Camp sites very busy. Easily marked camp sites however camp sites are very snug, putting you very close to other campers. No noise after 10pm which was fine for us as travelling with a baby. Did hear a baby (not... More

Hello. We are disappointed to hear your comments. Our ablution cleaners work from 5am to 1pm daily, with each of our 5 blocks cleaned twice daily and regular checks throughout the day. Bayview has 11 washing machines for guests, we have machines in 3 of the 5 ablution blocks. We are sorry you did not enjoy your visit to Coral... More

First visit to Coral Bay & we are already planning our next trip. We were only booked in for 5 nights but desperately wanted to extend our stay. The lovely manager at the bookings centre managed to get us another 2 nights even though they were heavily booked. We got a fantastic site with lots of shade opposite ablution block.... More

Coral Bay is a magnificent little sea side town with the most beautiful snorkeling just steps off the beach into the ocean, a buzzing little town with the friendliest of people we've met on our 17000km road trip so far but unfortunately this standard does not apply when dealing with the lady at reception when we checked in. We could... More

Hello I'm sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We have been fully booked over the last month and have been doing our best to accommodate guests who arrive without pre booking. Checkout time is 10am and check in is 11am. I'm afraid we do require time to rake and clean sites for new guests. We do not normally move... More
