Great place to stay if you want to see the Tamar valley and wineries, and only fifteen minutes to Launceston to boot. Staff were friendly and courteous, the views and surroundings were beautiful, restaurant food was nice and reasonably priced, the room was clean and very new with a modern feel, could have easily stayed longer if we'd had time.... more

We stayed in a spa suite. Firstly keep in mind this is owned by Gunns Ltd, not renowned as the pinnacle of forestry conservation. This was a great place to stay. If you want something just out of Launceston (10 minute drive) then this is a great choice. It is on the wine trail which is the reason we stayed here.
