Studio No. 10. Fantastic views and so peaceful. Floor to ceiling windows across the front giving a sense of living in the trees. Incredible value for money. Nice spa where you can lie and relax, have a glass of wine and watch nature at your finger tips. The weather was very unkind making it difficult to get out too much,... More

What a stunning place, living in the treetops overlooking the stunning Tamar River. The apartment was lovely, the glass wall brings the outside in, excellent value for money and it far exceeded our expectations. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great views over the Tamar Valley made better with floor to ceiling glass. . Kitchen facilities are basic, your not going to cook gourmet here but who wants to cook when on holidays. Good value for money. We booked at last minute and managers were very helpful.

We arrived at the cellar door to a woman who was most unwelcoming, not at all friendly and stuck up she was talking down at us as if we didn't know a thing about wine I was also given a dirty glass! Get back in your Mercedes love and go as far away as possible. On the same day we... More

Fantastic stay. Great and well equipped rooms. Electric barbeque is a great bonus and so nice to cook and eat on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Tamar Valley. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and a great location. I look forward to staying again.

Close to the Tamar wineries and Launceston, this makes a perfect base to explore. It is rather quiet and dark at night and we drove into Launceston to find a restaurant. The trees have grown up over the years so it is now an extremely filtered view of the Tamar.

This is the second time that we've stayed at Roseveare's and I have to say that it has improved considerably. The staff are much friendlier and obviously want to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. The cabins are self contained and well stocked with kitchen items, audio-visuals, storage space and a separate bedroom and living area. The views along the... More

Rosevears Retreat provided a lovely weekend escape. Our studio accommodation was perched among the gum trees with views of the Tamar Valley wine district. The apartment was warm, modern, clean and comfortable. There was no shortage of wine in the fridge, including a cheese platter package from Ashgrove Cheeses. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. A great place to... More

Well fitted out self-contained accommodation. Shame we were just there for one night as it would be nice to stay for a weekend. If you want to eat out you will need to drive.

As fairly frequent visitors to Launceston who have stayed in a large variety of places in and around the city, this is now our place of choice. It is spacious, clean and modern with fantastic views that take the breath away - especially early in the morning with the mist lifting off the river, and the first rays of sun... More
