I booked this motel as it was the most inexpensive in Childers and situated right in town, as well as having an on site Chinese restaurant. I was given room 15. I was not expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised with my room. It was clean with what seemed like brand new, very comfortable beds, with crisp white sheets.... More

I have stayed here before and find it quite handy as it is in town. Room is clean and tidy and has free wifi. Flat screen TV and fridge. Very quiet. Dont eat in the chinese restaurant that is next door. I have eaten here twice and not to my liking.

Paid $130 dollars for a half star room experience that was really bad. One terrible pillow with no spares. Not enough room to park my car. Owners dog barks everytime you move outside the room. Rock hard bed with limited room lighting options. The fan comes on with the bathroom light making a night pee an enlightening experience for all... More

The rooms are quite dated but are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Motel is well located for walking around town. We walked back to the Nut Van then up and down the main street, having a couple of drinks in one of the pubs. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight at Motel Childers on Sunday 12th January, 2014. Found rooms to be spotlessly clean. I have never ever found a room that felt so clean. Eveything is in the very best condition that it can be considering the age of the motel. Decor and fittings are slightly dated but this did not phase me at all because of... More

Stated here last night and would definitely come back when staying in Childers next. Very clean with an open plan toilet and shower which I liked. Close to everything which is good when stumbling home from the local hotels. Food is available and there is a Chinese restaurant on site. Management are open and friendly. Definitely my pick of the... More

While driving to Brisbane at nighttime Childers was a very nice place to stop for the evening and the Motel Childers seemed an excellent place to lay our heads. The room was pretty spacious, beds were comfortable (slept well) and the bathroom was big. The shower was devine (good water pressure) and even had a good size tv for the... More
