New owner and new name (oasis motel) since may 2015. It's a great place, rooms are clean and comfy, bathrooms are clean, there is a pool, kitchen, tv rooms and cool resting area. It's also quite cheap ($20 a night in a 3 beds room) and The owner is a really cool and helpful dude. Highly recommended.

A window that doesn't open, a bed that had us both aching the next morning, a security light directly outside the window that went on and off all night, and two hard flat pillows. For $120 per night? This place is awful...would never stay again. (room 24)

Location excellent, in the centre of town. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Easy off road car parking. Rooms basic but very clean and comfortable.Pillow lovely and soft ! Quiet location so able to get good nights rest. Restaurant closed when we stayed so went to Chinese, 2 minutes walk, BYO.Food was OK, prices very reasonable. Could definitely recommend for... More

I Stayed here last week. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. There is onsite parking available and a restaurant at the motel. Located centrally and an easy walk anywhere. Would stay here again. The locals are friendly and a good place to stop for a couple of days.

This place can be missed easily if I hadn't read the reviews and also seen the pic that it was next to subway. Room was basic but enough for an overnight stay. Location is near shops/restaurants etc which you only need to walk to. We ate at the Vietnamese shop just a few shops from accommodation. Food was delicious but... More

Good location off the Main Street . Room is basic but has everything needed and is clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were the very firm kind. Reception staff have extras like hair dryers if you ask.

A mixture of hotch potch old and new, and so badly in need of a makeover, one way or the other. However, it is ideally located right in the centre of town. Park in the main street to check in then drive around to the rear entrance to park your vehicle for your stay. Friendly reception lady, clean rooms but... More

We came to childers for The Childers Cultral festival, shared a room with 3 others, was very clean and tidy, updated bathrooms were a nice touch, we had everything we needed. The resturant and food was amazing, good ole country food, the plate was huge with yummiest food, would definately eat there again. Will be staying again and look forward to... More

The entrance is off the main street with the parking on the street behind. You need to park in the main street and walk down the walkway to the Motel. Once you have booked in then drive around the street behind if you want to park. It was very reasonable in price. The room was fine, had a queen size... More

I was actually checking in the same time as the clergyman and as he did not want to fill in the appropriate paperwork for his stay. He was the one to get abusive. My stay there was very welcoming and friendly. And as for the steakhouse it was divine. Thanks very much for the country atmosphere accommodation. My compliments to... More
