Staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. Room was very modern and clean and we also had a small freezer in addition to the fridge. The telephones in the rooms were absolutely useless as the rechargeable batteries were stuffed, but we had mobile reception (Telstra) so that was lucky. What looked like good accomodation on the web soon turned out to be the accomodation from hell in reality. We arrived at the point for our 20th wedding anniversary. We stayed in the Point serviced apartments for a week in July. We had a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment block is 2 years old, but I think maintence has not been good. This resort is a group of condo type apartments. They are well outfitted with full kitchens, our own laundry room (takes quite awhile to do laundry) and are very spacious.
