We contacted the Resort direct by email, clearly advising that there were 4 adults and 1 child aged 9, requesting accomodation to suit. The email reply advised a 2 bed apartment for 1 night would be $230, which we happliy booked.
However upon arrival we're then told it would be an extra $10 for my sons bedding on the Sofa Bed, we paid cash and no receipt was offered!! Not much I know but my point is a booking is a booking. more
