Nice hotel. Good rooms friendly staff and nice restaurant. We stayed at the motel section. The problem I have is that they claim free WiFi but in the motel section in order to use it you need to sit in the restaurant.

We have stayed at the Quality Inn Penrith many times. Our household consists of our daughter 39yrs, her daughter 10yrs, our grandson 16yrs, my husband & myself. The family units are fantastic for our needs, they are spacious, well planned, comfortable & very clean. We had six sets of bunks which gave us all our own sense of space. My... More

Looking for a last minute hotel in Penrith I came across this one. As a member of Choice Hotels I generally know what to expect. Check in was no problem and the lady there was very helpful. The only least expensive room she had was for disabled access. No problem to me. The room itself was standard, quite large. Only... More

Chanced upon this motel when we couldn't find the recep staff at another motel. *Room* Big spacious well stocked with bathroom amenities. Clean and well-kept. A great plus point is the plenty of power sockets. *Location* Conveniently in the middle of eating places and fast food chain. A friendly family restaurant is just a 3min walk across the road. *Overall*... More

I always stay here when travelling for work. The receptionist staff are always very friendly. The room is comfortable, spacious and very well maintained. The bathroom is also a great size with huge fluffy white towels in abundance. Room service is great too and the meal portions are huge. Spot on!

Have stayed here several times. Most rooms are set well back from the fronting road which is generally very busy. Road noise in rooms is not a problem. Off street parking for each room. The rooms are large and adequate for furnishings and fixtures. The bathrooms are not over-large, but two people could comfortably use the facilities, together. Room service... More

Stayed for a week in April. Triple rooms are cramped but double rooms (2 queen beds) are more spacious. It is, as you would expect, what it is with no surprises. Beds were comfortable and you are well catered for easy meal options next door and over the road. The area is a bit industrial but no complaints.

We decided to stay here for Running Scared at Regatta centre. We are glad we did. The accommodation is set back off the road, so we heard very little highway noise. The motel is central to restaurants, with a Westfield shopping centre just up the road. The rooms were clean and smell good. The decor is modern. The bed was... More

Stayed for 3 nights at this establishment (also known as Grey Gums). Its right beside the major 4 lane road that feeds into and through Penrith - BUT the accommodation is laid out around its own inner quadrangle and you don't hear any road noise from the rooms (and in fact no noise from the surrounding units either). I had... More

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Blue Mountains and Wogan Valley. It was quite late and the reception was closed but they made arrangements for us to check in at the "pub". The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is somewhat hard but for one night it is adequate. There are several eateries and... More
