Lovely views and interesting historical pub but the food is disgusting - special was the Burrawang Burger- inedible - πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜– and cost $17!! Others in our post wedding party made similar comments about their meals

I am visiting from England and was taken here today for lunch. It is the loveliest pub I have been to in Australia, very quaint and had a lovely English feel. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The views from the garden are spectacular. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Set in beautiful gardens, with seating all over, this gem of a country inn serves typical pub-food at a good quality level. Everything is fresh and the portions are huge. Be prepared to order, pay and get your food at the counter.

Visually, this is one of the most stunning pubs in NSW. The wine list is also pretty good with local vineyards getting a place on the list BUT prepare yourself for the average service and loooooong wait for basic modern pub grub. What started as a wonderful experience ended in disappointment. We mentioned that the food had taken over and... More

this is a lovely old style hotel, with a lovely view over the countryside, and a really good beer garden. It really does have style. My family and some friends booked for lunch, and the place was reasonably full. We booked which I believe is a good idea to do on weekends. The meals were ok, not great and it... More

Wow, we had wanted to try the food at the Burrawang Hotel for some time - and how disappointed we were. Despite reading mixed reviews, we called in for Saturday lunch. Big mistake. 1.5 hours wait for 2 horrible meals - the arborio balls were overcooked, tough and tasteless with an accompanying wilted brown salad, and to call it a... More

If you're looking for a trendy gastropub, this isn't it. If you want a terrific place in stunning countryside to stop for a bite to eat this is definitely where you should head. It's old style pub grub - hamburgers, chips, salads, calamari, pizza but it's all made on the premises and to order. There's loads of room for the... More

The back court yard and beer garden was very nice and country like. Great place for a drink and for the kids to run wild. My wife ordered a chicken burger, which wasn't even chicken breast. Some sort of process chicken slapped together with some lettuce on a Turkish bun. A three schooner awarded pub should be able to get... More

A fantastic old hotel with beautiful dining rooms, friendly staff, good service and delicious food. Most of us had a roast from their special board and it was fab. Generous portions and good value for money. Gardens out the back are gorgeous and perfect for a big lunch with friends and family. Loved it and would go back in a... More

With a bit of love and attention it could've been magical. Instead it's a tired looking room, with peeling paint, mismatched furnishings and without basic hotel luxuries like a telly, kettle, small fridge or soaps and shampoos. While usually I don't mind, I feel that when you're paying $150 a night you should be getting more than a bed in... More
