Ok place to stay! But could benefit if they had tea making facilities on the landing as we would love a cuppa before retiring. A simple kettle, tea bags, and milk capsules would help as we were unable to get one from the bar as it closed early. Also regular maintenance of heating/ electric blankets would have made a more comfortable... More

Our party of thirty, fresh from a trip to the Illawarra Fly drove past Robertson to the quaint heritage town of Burrawang. The prior reputation of good country fare was savoured by all the group. My choice of the vegetable soup and Puffed pastry pie was a winner and all at a very good price. With fine weather, we dined... More

Absolutely no customer service. Over 1.5hr wait on meals. No tables and chairs. Management do not care their customers wait because they say they get enough business. I wouldn't return like I had planned to with family and friends. Not supporting such rude and arrogant service.

I stayed with my husband for a night. The place is simple but comfortable. Room and bed are nice and warm. You need to share the bathroom but it's a recently renovated bathroom quite nice. The breakfast the following morning was very good with yummy breads and jams and real coffee. 😊

We visited for lunch today with our baby and had a fantastic time. The lady behind the bar was so lovely and warm. She was really busy towards the end of our stay and handled it effortlessly and said goodbye on our way out. The views are amazing. The whole building and grounds are beautiful and the food was great.... More

We stayed here on a Friday night we arrived around 8pm and the weather was awful, the hotel had no lights showing and the street was totally pit black as well. We stayed in one of the spa rooms, which was a gift for my birthday. Once we checked in at the bar we went down the path to the... More

Worth getting off the main drag if you're in the Southern Highlands. Beautiful old country hotel. Meals were tasty and the view from our table of the outdoor gardens were beautiful. We got there around 11:45am for lunch and there were only a few people there but by midday (when the kitchen opened) the place was packed. Only down side... More

I was definitely captivated by the beautiful building which is the centre piece of Burrawang. This hotel is the heart of the street when you arrive here. The views from the back courtyard are beautiful. The place has a nice charm to it but could do with a good gurney to bring it up to mint condition. Average pub food... More

Lovely views and interesting historical pub but the food is disgusting - special was the Burrawang Burger- inedible - 😖😖😖 and cost $17!! Others in our post wedding party made similar comments about their meals

I am visiting from England and was taken here today for lunch. It is the loveliest pub I have been to in Australia, very quaint and had a lovely English feel. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The views from the garden are spectacular. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
