We got a great table on the front verandah in the fresh air after rain; it was very pleasant. The prices were reasonable, the staff pleasant and helpful. All-in-all a good experience. Maybe the rain meant numbers were down but unlike previous reviewers we did not find the wait for food excessive or the staff anything other than helpful. We'll... More

Met some family members here for lunch today. It was a bit cool, but eventually were able to get a table inside. The food was amazing..fresh and delicious. The atmosphere great. Wish is had been a warmer day and it wouldve been beautiful to eat in the garden.

I read some reviews prior to going to this Hotel and had an open mind. Each month a group of us drive and eat at a destination. This month, the suggestion was this hotel. The village and pub are very quaint and the staff and view magnificent. The food however was a little disappointing. Anything made fresh on the premises... More

We stayed in a lovely cottage just up the road from this fabulous little hotel. The staff & patrons were very friendly and made us feel like locals. We ate there both nights of our stay...pizza & then some delicious Kassler pork chops. The dining room is cosy and full of character, like the rest of the hotel. The beer... More

I was astounded at the low quality of the food, wine and service at this pub. They are spoiling an incredibly beautiful pub and view. The first bottle of wine I bought was well past its best (burnt orange colour and honking), but it was the food that really under-delivered. I had the worst pizza of my life (and initially... More

Looking for somewhere different for lunch. Found this little place on TA. Checked website, lunch closed at 2.30pm. Arrived before 2.00 (just!). Greeted at the door by a sign saying "No Hens Or Bucks Groups Permitted". Entered the bar and ordered a drink for my wife and myself. Enquired about food and was told "sorry, not taking any more orders"... More

Ok place to stay! But could benefit if they had tea making facilities on the landing as we would love a cuppa before retiring. A simple kettle, tea bags, and milk capsules would help as we were unable to get one from the bar as it closed early. Also regular maintenance of heating/ electric blankets would have made a more comfortable... More

Our party of thirty, fresh from a trip to the Illawarra Fly drove past Robertson to the quaint heritage town of Burrawang. The prior reputation of good country fare was savoured by all the group. My choice of the vegetable soup and Puffed pastry pie was a winner and all at a very good price. With fine weather, we dined... More

Absolutely no customer service. Over 1.5hr wait on meals. No tables and chairs. Management do not care their customers wait because they say they get enough business. I wouldn't return like I had planned to with family and friends. Not supporting such rude and arrogant service.

I stayed with my husband for a night. The place is simple but comfortable. Room and bed are nice and warm. You need to share the bathroom but it's a recently renovated bathroom quite nice. The breakfast the following morning was very good with yummy breads and jams and real coffee. 😊
