We were lucky enough to find this resort and now will probably be making an annual pilgrimage. The facilities are absolutely fantastic, the owners are friendly and helpful and the various farm animals were fun for the whole family. Our cottage had lovely water views and fantastic nature views and yet were only a few minutes walk from the swimming... More

We stayed here for two nights over the October long weekend in a stockyard suite. We absolutely loved it. The rooms are spotless and look like new. The lounges were comfortable and the two seater table was positioned perfectly in front of the verandah door to sit and eat our breakfast watching the alpacas just outside our door and not... More

Last Wednesday night, four of us, (ladies "of a certain age") had booked a Family cottage for an overnight stay at Starline. We wanted somewhere close to Nightingale's vineyard as we had plans for a long lunch and it was within easy walking distance. When we arrived Kelly looked at our group and said that we'd be much more comfortable... More

The waterview cottage we stayed in was comfortable, clean and modern. The bed and bath linen were spotless. The farm was lovely, the alpacas adorable and the chicken really do lay yummy eggs. The environment and the farm animals were clean. Kelly and Jeff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Spike and Goldie (our nickname), the farm dogs who personally... More

My husband and I spent two nights over the June long weekend in Waterview A (2 bedroom cottage) with our 1 year old. It was the perfect family holiday, with so much to see and do on the farm. Our little one was intrigued by the alpacas, and loved walking around to see (and tentatively feed!) the sheep, goats, chickens,... More

My husband and I had an overnight stay here after a long lunch with friends at nearby Margan Restaurant. We stayed in one of the studio apartments, so only had to step out the back door to meet the delightful alpacas! I did regret that I hadn't brought some homemade soup from home to heat up in the microwave, as... More

We stayed at STARLINE ALPACA RESORT with our young grandchildren, and they loved it! They enjoyed the alpaca, the sheep, the pigs, and everything about the farm. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the barbecue. A lot to do without leaving the resort, and lots of variety just a short drive in any direction. Yes, we will go again!

We stayed overnight in one of the Studio units after lunching and Margan and continuing on toe Wingham the following day. The Studio was well equipped, comfortable, very clean and came with Alpacas right outside the doors. There are many power points around the Studio so we never short of a convenient place to plug our gadgets in, and the... More

This little farm is a great base for many of the Hunter Valley's attractions. We enjoyed wandering around the alpaca enclosures (which you can do even if you don't stay over) and could have done that for hours. But there are some good pubs and restaurants nearby as well as high adventure activities. The resort itself is quite fun -... More

My partner and I stayed in the Family Cottage for 3 nights midweek, using a Groupon voucher. Everything about our stay was perfect. The accommodation has beautiful views, and lots of friendly animals to feed and pat. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoyed borrowing the bikes for some short scenic local bike-rides, and had a quick dip... More
