I booked on-line back in February for a July 13th stay. I needed to cancel my reservation in May and the management was unwilling to cooperate! I wanted to stay at another Holiday Inn-express in another town, but the management was unwilling to change it for me. I will NEVER book on-line with Holiday Inn-express again!!

This was a lovely stop to spot on our way between Orlando and Chicago. The location is just outside Chattanooga, very pretty in the foothills of the Appalachians. Nice & clean. Front desk helpful. Had handicap shower & that worked great. Breakfast was more food then you could eat. Would stay here again. we have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels & have been impressed with all of them. It's nice to know you can have excellent service at each location. Thanks

The hotel has a friendly front desk, clean/modern rooms, and a nice breakfast. I never noticed any problems with smells or humidity. But at around $100/night was overpriced in my opinion. Although it beats staying in a cheaper roach motel I guess.

Arrived late in the evening. was going over reservation when walk-in was offered cheaper rate that what was reserved. Room was very hot and very musty smelling. A/C took forever to cool room. Spent one night and that was enough! The hallways and rooms were extremely humid, and the carpeting in our room felt sticky. Our bathroom had a strong smell of urine which was almost unbearable. My advice: Skip this place and stay in Chattanooga instead! Wish we had!
