$109.00 + tax...No pool. No breakfast. No housekeeping if you stay less than a week. We emptied our own trash. No hair dryer. No available luggage carts (3 story hotel). Mold around sink and tub. Stained linens with burn holes. Non-working stove top. Inadequate dishes (Only 2 of everything.) Very disappointing as we've used this hotel chain before and were... more

Let's just start out by saying that we would NEVER stay here for any "extended stay" and will spend our money elsewhere when staying in Newhall/Valencia again. Our per night cost was 95+tax and we expected more than what we actually got. And as a side note, we typically check testimonials here on TripAdvisor but could not find information on... more

Physically this hotel is comparable to any cheap motel, cheesy uncomfortable and worn furniture, Clean enough; about what you'd expect. But their security is appalling and I had the most chilling experience I've ever had.
