Just returned from Cayo Coco last week. We had a wonderful time. The service at the Hotel Tryp was top notch. Truly the staff made our vacation most enjoyable. The hotel is ok. A little tired, definitely needs some upgrading. The rooms are average. The beaches here are amazing and go on forever. If you like to go for long... More

I first went to tryp in 1999 and have be going every year since ,only missed one year.I think the things that keeps me going back is the great ,friendly, and helpfully staff at the resort from the bottom to the top. Also the island of cayo coco is great and safe to explore an foot or scooter.

Well absolutely is perfect here. Food, staff, pools, room, beach, everything. It is true that there's damp in the room, but what the hell, humidity here reaches 100%. If you are sooooo sensitive, then go to your local SPA, don't waste 10 hours on the plane. It's our 5'th day here (out of 14) and we don't want to go... More

Did a last minute vacation get away with friends to the Tryp resort and was very disappointed in the poor condition of the buildings and rooms. This was suppose to be a 4 star. Even for Cuba I would give it a 2. At first we where given rooms in building 10 which was something to be desired by any... More

The room smelled musty but understandable with the humidity. Bathtub was stained. Sometimes hot water but one day no water. Housekeeping was good. Pool area always maintained to excellent standards. Entertainment was there day and night. However, we found the recorded music loud and repetitive. The cubans are polite and friendly. They always appreciate tips but never have their hand... More

Where do I start...after travelling all day a group of 13 of us showed up at 8pm. We dropped off our bags in some very out dated rooms and headed to the buffet. The buffet was horrible.. managed to eat some bread.. Then we headed back to our Building (#5) where there was a power outage. We were using flashlights... More

We stayed for a week at the end of Jan. It's still the tail end of winter so weather is unpredictable and unfortunately for us - we did get a cold front. Only 3 good mornings of sunshine the rest of the week was cold. The food was amazing compared to other places we've stayed in Cuba! Unfortunately, due to... More
