You can't go wrong with this hotel. The beach is perfect; white sand, turquoise waters, uncrowded, plenty of lounge chairs. The resort is nicely landscaped and quiet. Hi there, we went to the Melia having been swapped there from the Sol (right next door) as the refurb wasnt finished yet. The holiday was great and the food as reported in other reviews was great. You MUST try the omelettes in the mornings...not sure why they have warm chocolate milk in the mornings, but hey, its the caribbean!!!... more

Arrived late in the day and had a lovely welcome and checked in very quickly.
