I have never been to this hotel, however after reading an article about how they denied a service member (apparently a wounded veteran) a room based solely on the fact that he was a member of the armed forces, I hope that all will strongly reconsider before booking a night in this hotel. For a hotel of the quality it appeared to have (looking at the pictures and facilities) I did have a basic expectation. I ended up standing in the front lobby for 15 minutes waiting to check in (no hotel staff in site - for a hotel with 24 hour reception and service this concerned me). The worst hotel I've ever stayed. The room wasn't ready-just 2 beds instead of 3. Then single room had used towels. We didn't get any breakfast but they charged it and on top of that they were saying we used the telephone even though we were not in the room!!!! And they charged us extra 80 pounds!!!! more
