Really surprised at how good this was a I normally avoid Premier Inns. The room was fine and breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater was good value and of good quality. The star performer was the young lady on reception who was just so helpful and efficient.

Clean hotel situated next to a canal. Speedy check-in. Immaculate room, tv for the kids, comfortable bed. My room was very noisy, it gave me headaches, I've brought it to the attention of the staff, but they were not able to do anything about it, I guess you can't when you're next to a busy road and a restorant with a/c... It was terrible... I wanted to cry...

I've been there twice and every time i've got a (different) room that was very noisy. It gave me headaches. I've brought it to the attenation of the reception but they were not able do do anything about it.

We always know what to expect when we stay there.The staff are always friendly and helpful. We use the disabled facilities,which we appreciate.We look forward to the full English breakfast. The train station is just a pleasant walk away and now that they have finished the changes to the Mall ,it is much nicer shopping there.London is only 20 minutes... More

My wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn when visiting my son in Woking. The room was OK as were the facilities. But the price for 3 nights was was just short of £300 without any meals. We could have gone abroad for 7 nights at that price. Never again!

all my usual reservations about Premier inns, just 30 mins free IT connection, lack of local identity, colour of rooms, poor food outlets and often inflated prices and poor customer service and good night guarantee which is harm to get honoured. Warm welcome from receptionist. Plenty of car parking. Nice location by the side of a canal. Room was very large, quiet, bed comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Beefeater on the same site. Would suggest booking a table in advance on a Friday night, we did this and had a pleasant meal.... More
