Day's Inn need to get their act together in England I don't want to phone states to answer a query I want the locals to do that. They know the area. It is no good only being able to phone after 3pm. I believe they've had loads of complaints but still don't put the customer first. Receptionist was very pleasant... More

I drove right by it the first time. The services is called Clacket Lane, not Sevenoaks. But since I had written down the address, I at least got off at the right services. But then I missed the entrance to the motel and ended up by the petrol station. No going back from there, since it's one way traffic. So... More

Room looked like a prison cell. Double bed, one bedside table. Sparcely furnished. Couldn't turn taps on very easily. Shower just a furious gush of water. Shower gel empty. Rusty toilet roll holder. Hester falling off wall. No net curtain at window so open to stares from cafe patrons. Uncared for.

If you on M25 going east get off at the seven oaks roadchwf site on that side. It then takes you across the other side without having to go all the way up to next junction and back to the west. Our gps didn't know this but it makes it quicker. The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent.... More

My son and I had business at Biggon Hill one day and Medway the next so a stopover in the area was required. The location was handy enough and the price seemed good value so we opted for this place. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and very quiet (apart from a monster thunderstorm though the night).... More

In the age of the Internet, I don't get why you'd bother stay at an M25 hotel. There are plenty of nice places just a short drive off the motorway - so these places should be the preserve of truckers and call girls exclusively. (This was booked for us - so neither category applies). This hotel isn't terrible. Yes the... More

This hotel is fine for the price and considering it is simply somewhere to lay your head for the night just off the m25 you can't complain. Receptionist very cheery. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable enough. Shower.... More like a spluttery hose, but warm. Services outside the front door, you'll need a mortgage for if you want to eat here.....but that... More

Stayed here on a recent trip to Kent. Good value for £55. Clean , comfortable bed , shower was a little bit iffy but the water was hot. Nice towels. Receptionist was excellent, very helpful. I had a big problem trying to book the room on the Day's Inn website, continually told me that the hotel was full when I... More

I was caught in very heavy traffic on the M25 which made my journey home and back pointless so I took a chance and checked this hotel out. I got a room for £55 which seemed OK. The room was a double of reasonable size. The bathroom was OK and so were the towels. The bed was comfortable and the... More

Stayed here for two nights on our way round the UK. Had a room at the back, on first floor, but even with the windows open we weren't disturbed by traffic noise. Easy access round the back, with code obtained by ringing reception, or obtained when you book in makes it easier for those of us who don't like the... More
