7.25am in the morning and the fire alarm goes off, just great! Up to that point there was little to find fault; sure the location could have been nearer the M56, the car park was always full so I had to park in the Beefeater section and the milk and tea stocks were not replaced one day. If you can... More

We stayed at the Premier Inn for one night. It is well located off the M56 which was handy for us on our travels to Scotland but not a bad choice if you were going to Manchester Airport. The rooms were what you expect, spacious, with comfortable beds and the facilities to make the stay a good one. The Beefeater... More

The room was spacious and comfortable with no frills but was a reasonable price and had a very convenient location to the M56. There was ample parking and a restaurant next door which was good. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

No good night guaranteed here! Lovely massive spacious room above reception - can book easily for a baby (4 plus baby) online. Fire alarm went off at 6.30 waking the baby then at 7am bottles pored in recycling next door several times. Stopover for Holyhead ferry - very convenient. Beefeater restaurant v poor next door - waited 1.5 hours for... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in march/April. Bit apprehensive to read a couple of reviews that said try not to have room at back by motorway but we found it to be fine even didn't wake our 15 month old. Breakfast could of been better as was cold on the first morning this is not a help yourself one like... More

We use Premier Inns quite a lot and find them to be good value for money - and this was no exception. The room was clean, a good size and had a great wall mounted TV. The staff were very polite and helpful as always. We also had a strong drainage smell from the bathroom but no road noise from... More

The Premier Inn brand is very strong and you know that room standards will be consistantly good and comfortable. On this occasion there was a strong drainage smell from the bathroom. The bed was comfortable as always

I was slightly nervous when I saw the proximity of the hotel to the motorway- but our room was quiet, we never heard any noise from other rooms or the motorway. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Lovely, clean room, lots of room for 4 of us. Slightly warm, it was a hot day, but staff had put a fan in... More
