Stayed here for one night(a saturday) whilst attending a fortieth birthday party held in a local venue. Receptionist was most helpful and pleasant when we checked in and booked a table for us in the adjacent Beefeater restaurant. The room was spacious and ready heated given the cold December evening. We didn't take Breakfast as we were going for a... More

I stayed here for one night as I was attending a Christmas party in nearby Warrington. My husband doesn't like these events so I was staying alone. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and, upon request, handed me a bag full of extra tea, coffee, milk and sugar that would have lasted me a month! You can always rely... More

Room Good. Staff Good. Canteen- not so good. Asked for fried bread with my breakfast, came back soggy and cold- not quite sure how it is even possible to get fried bread wrong?! The previous morning, my 2 year old dropped a sachet of marmite which ended up under the table. Try as I might, I couldn't reach it, so... More

All the usual good points about a Premier Inn but the noise from the motorway was not good but the lady at reception did say that they are applying for triple glazing in the rooms - ask for a room on the other side.

Only a one night stay, but no complaints at all. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Room and facilities, clean and tidy. Even though it is situated right alongside the m56 motorway, soundproofing of the room was perfect and noise was certainly of no issue. Would definitely stay again .

Sadly, after my last stay things in the beefeater next door have returned to there usual awful self, meaning this will be my last stay here. The hotel is excellent, great staff, comfortable rooms, very clean, etc all you would expect from a top Premier Inn. It all goes wrong when you eat next door, terrible food, poor staff attitude,... First off this is a budget hotel so not much is expected but honestly the hotel is very clean fresh and the staff were great. We arrived late to find a beefeater with a difference next door to the hotel (30 seconds walk) this is not a standard beefeater that was something else. Great food, great vibe and very modern.... We stayed here for one night on 1st Nov just to break up our journey into North Wales. On arrival, check in was very straightforward, room was nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was in pub next door and was freshly cooked (really nice)! All staff were polite and friendly. Overall, couldn't fault the place and would definitely stay here... More

We wanted a short break and decided to combine it with some shopping and some tracing our family links. Our children laughed when we said we were going to Runcorn. Preston Brook rather than Runcorn , on the edge of the Cheshire countryside, Frodsham Hill and Delamere Forest. A lovely welcome at Reception is always a good start - and... More
