Arrived on saturday and could not sleep due to Hotel residents running and shouting in corridors and knocking on our door till 5.00 am. Next day was the same and we complained to the receptionist where she indicated that they know this happens every weekend and the good news was that it will get back to normal during the week.... more

Arrived just after 11pm after catching the train down from Yorkshire and then eating out, before travelling to the hotel. The hotel is situated in the Heart of Romford. It is close to all the shops, the local Market place is right on your doorstep, and it can be very busy at night due to the pubs and clus across the road.
