what a absolutely fantastic little bed and breakfast,overlooking hollingworth lake.we stayed 3 nights,we had a room overlooking the lake,a spacious double room,was cleaned everyday it was spotless,and the bedsheets changed as well,we were only there 3 days.the room had tea and coffee making facilities, refiiled everyday,complimentary sweets,and 2 bottles of water on arrival.also had a tv,and en suite,also 2 double windows to look out of.the breakfast was a huge full english egg,sausage bacon,black pudding,mushrooms,beans, or you could ask for something light ,scrambled egg and toast, you also got cereals, juices,and tea and coffee.the staff at the b and b were so helpful,and very friendly.there's 2 pubs within walking distance,both serving food,a chipshop which we tried and it was very nice,and several little restaurants,the b and b also has a lovely tea rooms and a craft shop. we went out on a boat called lady alice it cost £6, for a family of 4,it takes you 20mins round the... more
