Far from happy with room after their having confirmed they knew we needed "wheelchair freindly". There was a bath too deep to get into, a floor "slippery ehen wet", no plug for the han basin and the lavatory wouldn't clear. Having told the booking agency, we've just had a 'phone call to tell me they're giving us a full refund... More
