My husband and I went to the Ceramics Fair at Rufford on the Sunday and then came to the Aqua Sana Spa at Sherwood Forest Center parcs for the day on the Monday. We had such a wonderful day. The staff are unobtrusive but extremely helpful and friendly when you need them. The facilities are wonderful and it was not... more

As I've said before CP is getting worse, Ive been since 1987, when CP opened it's1st UK parc at Sherwood. Some years we have gone 3 times. My children started as babes and now are teens, they have grown from CP Kindergarden (as was) to Quads, Hovercraft and Action Challenge - we've done it all over the years. Now though,... more

This was our second visit to CP last year we stayed at Whinfell. The first thing that struck us was the complicated traffic system compared with Whinfell. It made getting to our lodge and out of the site at the end very tedious. The car park is very poorly laid out with too many conflicting movements. Our lodge although the... more

Just come back from another great break at Cener Parcs Sherwood Forest. This is probably our 5th visit since 2003. The centre remains good value for money, as it seems expensive initially, but you get what you pay for, and the park, with all it's great accomodation, activities and service are second to none. One thing I would point out... more

This was our eighth visit to CP Sherwood, our third with our young son and our first with his grandparents. For the first time we upped our standards to an Exec Villa (old style) and the extra space / en suite bathrooms was well worth the extra cash. Decor wise the old style villas are looking a little tired and... more

This was our third center parcs stay and our second at Sherwood Forest. We've stayed at Longleat too, but Nottingham is definitely our favorite. Our cabin was clean and well presented. The bathroom ceiling was a little shabby, but everything worked properly. We were sad to see that Center Parcs have scrapped their previous restaurants in favour of the mass... more

First of all let me say that this is the second time I have stayed at a Center Parcs village. I am however becoming exasperated by the Center Parcs experience. The Positives: Yes, the scenery is stunning. Yes, the lodges are, on the whole, well appointed, and clean. Yes, the range of facilities is excellent, and really well thought out.... more

We have just got back from Center Parcs in Sherwood Forest. This is our 3rd visit to Center Parcs but we went to Longleat the 1st two times. Out of the two, Sherwood was our favourite. There were 7 adults and a one year old in our group so we opted for the 4 bedroom New Style Executive Lodge. It... more

Four of us stayed at Center Parcs Sherwood for a weekend break in April and absolutely loved it. I have not been for about 10 years and was pleasantly surprised. Our accommodation was great (original style executive villa) with ensuites, 3 TVs, dishwasher and plenty of space. Cycling in a car free area is amazing and the whole process of... more
