The Wilmslow Lodge seems to target those who would normally consider Premier Inn and it compares very favourably on price, facilities and location. My wife and I had a very clean room with a super-king size bed. Reception was efficient and professional. I would definitely stay here again, especially as it has The Coach and Four pub next to it.

Very impressed with Wilmslow Lodge. Bedroom spacious. Very clean. Stylish decor. I'd forgotten my phone charger so the hotel lent me one. I didn't answer my wake up call as I was in the bathroom so they knocked on the door to check I was awake. Polite and friendly waitress serving breakfast in the Coach and Four next door. Freshly... I recently had a very pleasant stay at Wilmslow Lodge. The bed was comfortable, and the room clean and well lit. The bathroom mirror even had a demister unlike many places I have stayed in. It was beautifully quiet as the Lodge is separate from the pub. Breakfast was tasty and everyone very helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent... More

The pub is excellent, very good breakfast not buffet but plated. Rooms are very spacious better than premier inn, I know a lot of people use premier as a middle of the road benchmark. Big comfy beds as well with good temperature control in the rooms. The windows open a decent amount as well for fresh air. Bathroom and shower... More

Well located at the end of the shopping area, the hotel is of the standard 'hotel block with pub next door' lodge/inn style. The room was no-frills clean and functional as was the bathroom. The pub restaurant was welcoming and cosy broken up into lots of smaller areas which is good. The food was ordinary and up to the job.... More

The most comfortable sleep I have ever had....and I have back problems! Clean and cosy room. Only given 4 stars instead of 5, as I had an extremely short stay, so cannot comment on the breakfast, pub etc. Arrived at night as we had an early flight to catch for a weekend city break. Wilmslow looks nice enough, and there... More

There are things that can't be changed - the building seems to act like a sound box so the night was not peaceful with every door closure reverberating and, in the morning, the clear sound of the hair-dryer in the next room. The fire-alarm going off briefly in the small hours just about did for our night's sleep, but that... More

good priced large room with nice bed reception desk is only manned part time. nice shower and toilet. and near to the shops and restaurants in Wilmslow, however most shops are closed by 6pm and only the bars and restaurants open up until 10/11/12 in the night busy pub next to hotel, which is worth a visit and has recently... I visited in May and posted a review then. While we liked the room, I had commented that the service was lacking in that there was no receptionist when we arrived and we had to wait 15 minutes until one arrived. In fairness, the Manager responded on here, pointing out that we arrived during a bank holiday weekend and after... More
