I booked a room here with my girlfriend for 2 nights, service was really bad, even though we were there on time, the manager made us wait 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned!! As soon as we got to the room, SHOWER was COLD, TV was not working and smelled of fags! We also had dinner at the... More

I have never written a review for a hotel before, but having stayed here I felt compelled to. I regularly stay in a variety of hotels when staying away for work around the uk. But my experience at the Rossmore was by far the worst. On first impressions it didn't appear too bad, parking was available in the car park... More

If you want to book here I'd say don't!! We booked a familyroom last weekend. (2adults & my 3year old daughter). Lets start with the room... Above each bed there were water stains on the ceiling. The curtains, yuck, come on, they were yellow en the smell I can't begin to describe. I'm sure they haven't been washed in decades!... More

We went to England for a wedding and needed somewhere close by to stay for one night. Two rooms, one for my husband and myself and a second room for our daughter, her husband and 3 year old daughter. I had stayed there once before in 1973 when I got married and it was a nice hotel, how things change!!... More

I stayed there with my partner, it's quite nice location and value for money for short stay. I would definitely go back and stay if I ever come to London. More

I booked the 'Deluxe' room at this hotel for the tune of £95..... When we walked in we were greeted with a ceiling full of water damage and 2 plug-in stand alone heaters that had more damage than a crash test dummy..... They clearly were not safe and i complained to the reception that they looked like a health &... More

We booked the 4 person room with another couple of friends to stay the weekend while we were at a festival near by. First thing we wanted was a drink after a long drive. The bar wasn't open though. There was no drinking water in the rooms either. So we decided to make a cup of tea, only to find... More

Took 9 hours to get here and when we did it we wished we hadn't. The bar is shut at weekends, so no relaxing drink after a long drive. Our first room was back in the annex block that was up the street and round the corner. The front door looked like the lock had been hack sawed in. The... More
