We have stayed here several times, the staff on reception are always friendly, informative, and never a problem when asking for extra pillows etc. The breakfasts are always freshly cooked, plentiful and whatever you like, if they've got it, you can have it. Have stayed at this hotel twice now and love it. The rooms are clean and fresh. The restaurant serves good breakfasts and evening meals. Ideally situated across from tube station so the sights are just a short tube trip away :)

The rooms can be a little noisy at night as some are near a main road. Rooms were very clean staff really helpful and polite. Restaurant very good, would stay there again with no hesitation Redbridge Station is just across the road.

This was my first time visiting London and the tube station is right across the road, there is a beefeater pub/restaurant linked to the hotel which is handy.
