Such a shame, as it is in a great location for Ilford, with parking attached. I could not sleep for the noise from the main road, and had cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff were less than helpful and no one has contacted me since. I suggest you ask for a quiet room - and check for bugs!

After checking in we found that the lift was out of order and the room was on the top floor! We had an 18month old child with us and re lack of a lift pretty much ruined the stay. No one offered to help with the luggage so I had to take everything up the stairs on my on once... More

The hotel is clean and easy to find but the reception staff are rude, argumentative and unfriendly. The front doors are locked at 10.30pm and only accessible with key card. Our key card did not work properly and it took the night staff 22minutes to acknowledge the help button, leaving us stranded outside in the street. On answering the receptionist... More

Was in Ilford for work, was told by a colleague not to go out a night, which had me on tender hooks. Was on my own, hotel was very basic, beds were hard, very noisy, no where in the hotel to eat, which wasn't good for a women on her own who was told not to go out on her... More

They overbooked the hotel by 3 rooms although it did not affect me personally. The rooms were in shambles with handles falling off doors in several rooms. The window safety latch was broken by the kids bed in the family room. The bathroom handle broke so you were stuck.

The hotel is a stones throw from he high street, restaurants and overground station although seemingly attached to the car park. Parking for the hotel is located on the 9th Floor of the car park, and free between 6pm and 9am for hotel residents, The room was a textbook Travelodge although the rooms to the main road side are a... everything was as expected especially for the price except of missing air conditioning that overall is becoming standard everywhere. apart of it all went ok and most importantly sleep was good and this is a most important matter.

We have stayed here a couple of times with our young children. There is a car park available which is linked to the hotel via the 9th (I think) floor. It is free overnight up until 8 or 9am. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and modern (ish). Would def recommend.
