When I arrived I genuinely thought that the place was closed. There were no lobby lights and no "welcome" signs to let us know to go in. After we checked in, we went to the room and the smell was atrocious. We literally bought air freshener to deal with it. The wardrobe was missing a handle and wouldn't close once... More

I can't even find the words to describe how terrible this hotel is. Most definitely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell when you walk in is horrible and gets worse. I demanded that they show us the room before we pay I can't believe that even after seeing the room we stayed. The bathroom was terrible... More

Everything in this horrible place is either leaking, broken, hanging off the wall, missing or doesn't work. Threadbare carpets, floors creek, doors creek & slam. Breakfast was disgusting..asked for runny fried eggs but they came hard. What was supposed to be toast was nothing more than warm bread. Room was grim & dirty. No cold water as sink tap was... More

Breakfast was quite good and fresh. Room is dirty. Carpet definitely needs to be professionally cleaned but wouldn't do any harm if its replaced. Doors of room very basic and the rooms have no sound proofing as you can even hear your next door neighbor snoring. Day receptionist is grumpy and rude.

They say, ' you get what you pay for ' this place is cheap, but is it tatty, poorly maintained, in need of a refurbishment. Who ever owns it obviously doesn't want to spend any money on it. There is no central heating on at night, and the room I was in had a broken window. The photos on the website... More

All the reviews I have read on this place were largely true. Unfortunately I booked last minute and didn't check trip advisor. Staff barely communicate, and the area is not suitable for a female lone traveller. My first experience of the room was my shoes sticking to the rancid carpet, glad I took flip flops. I wouldn't even Put my... More

We arrived to a hotel to find nothing like the photos on the website, chipped external walls worn timber front door, broken blinds and a sofa chair sitting in the car park waiting for the dump, we were greeted by an unfriendly male receptionist who we told the external of hotel was nothing like the website and ask he show... The guy on the reception was very rude when we needed to amend the booking, as soon as we walked in we knew we would regret it. The carpet was grubby, the blinds broken, the toilet stank, hairs and stains on the bed sheets and pillows, there was a fly in the room, we had this itchy feeling the whole... More
