Stayed for 2 nights for a family funeral close by. Had no sleep hardly with large vans and cars in and out all night outside our ground floor window banging doors e.t.c. Only cheap rooms I know but the rooms were dirty, fixtures and fittings broken or not working and falling apart. Mouse or rat trap by the window was... More

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in November 2012 and paid for it upon reservation. The location wasn't too bad as I was new to the area but the hotel wasn't worth the money. The room was always too hot, I slept with the window open, not a good idea in the middle of the night when heating... More

Well.... if you pay this money for accomodation, you shoudln´t expect luxury :-) I rather didn´t look much around.... there was a smell in the bathroom and hot water was available rather occasionally...it was strange, it was f.e. 4p.m. a the water was cold, then after 20 mins it was hot.... and at 6p.m. it was cold again.... we spend... I booked this hotel because the pictures looked good and the rooms looked nice, clean & tidy, but that was far from reality! The walls & ceilings looked dirty & there were tea stains on the bedsheets! And by the looks of more than half the reviews on here, I'm not the only one whose had a bad experience here!... More

4.25 am been awake for over an hour. On arrival heating on full asked for this to be turned off. If mine gets turned down apparently the whole hotel does. Eventually it improved until now. Seemed a nice hotel but because of my request ignored and i now have a long drive on a sleepless night, bad sinuses from the... More

I was overcharged TWICE!!!! The bed was full of pee stains, kettle didn't work I had to manually hold it in place with my foot, I was finding it extremely difficult to breathe as the heating was broken on max and couldn't be turned off. The pillows gave me & my partner a stiff neck, it took a long time... More

Reserved a room in this hotel based on a google map of its location being close to a college course in London. It is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. It claims it has wi-fi but that depends on which room you get. Remote controls are not left in rooms and you have to ask for... More

It's cheap for an Hotel within striking distance of London and serves a great breakfast but that was the end of the good points. The staff are friendly but the hotel is not. It comprises of what looks like a few older type houses joined together which can be interesting in some locations but fails here. Floors and doors squeak,... More

Me and my husband booked a room for one night. It turned out they gave us a room right next to the resturant eating area. You open the window and voilà the resturant and people in there. Let me ask you how the hell you give a room with window right in the resturant to people staying there? And god... More
