Having stayed at the Mill House before, I was looking forward to going back .....and I was not disappointed. Yes it could do with some upgrading which is slowly being carried out but the friendliness of Kim and his staff makes you overlook these small points. My family and I have just returned from this hotel after a short break.The hotel is very conveniently situated just off a main road (A 24 )but not too close that affects its tranquiilty . The hotel itself is undergoing an upgrade and we stayed in the family room which acommodated 5 of us at a very reasonable price .The... more

Never actually stayed here but seeing as it's listed as a Horsham hotel, I thought I should point out to potential guests that it's not really in Horsham at all. In fact it's a good 15-20 minute car journey from Horsham town centre. more

I was expecting a lot more from the room due to this hotel's inclusion in the Conde Nast Johansons list. There was no shower and the room was in need of updating, decorating, and maintenance. The people/staff were really nice, and very friendly, always available. Being able to have breakfast in bed was great. I think The Mill House is... more
