Following a most enjoyable two night stay at the above hotel, we wish to compliment Best Western, and especially the staff, for giving us an enjoyable stay. We had booked the two night deal with breakfast included for the two of us for £135 (inc. free parking and complimentary newspapers), which we considererd to be good value for a stay... more

Im afraid I have to agree with the other travellers, thoroughly disappointing stay. A friend and myself booked this hotel over 6months ago as it was close to Wembley. Looking at the website you would expect to be put in a room looking a bit like the one shown! Nothing resembled it in the slightest! We were also taken through... more

Our room was poor - it was in need of a complete revamp. After just one night there our clothes stank of smoke. A most unpleasant experience. more

My room was shabby, wall paper coming off the walls in several places; and the room was generally shabby- in need of a complete redecoration in my opinion. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the food (sausages especially) were not overly flavoursome however; and at £70 pn one would have expected better value all round. Parking run the back of... more

Stayed here in March 2009 for 1 night for work... The Receptionists could not speak English & were very unhelpful. My room was in an annex at the back of the Carpark! The room was very noisy cramp, just a general DIVE! The extra locks on the door were very disconcerting. Could hear shouting & Screaming all night. The restuarant... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night (Saturday) whilst visiting the area for a concert at Wembley Arena. This hotel does nothing for the reputation of Best Western. I had a very disappointing stay here... Good points - Free parking - Friendly welcome - Good breakfast - Well located for Wembley Bad points - "Double" bedroom was very small... more

Not good, small dirty single room on 3rd floor at back of hotel over kitchens and aircon units, paint peeling off ceiling, bed spongy, truly horrid. Moved to another room, the same but without the peeling paint with the addition of some small curly hairs on the bathroom floor. You have been warned. The Burj al Arab it isnt. more

After dragging my suitcase through a labyrinth of corridors I could find reception. Provided credit card details to cover sundries as the room was paid in advance by third party website. I then had to lug suitcase, suitcarrier and laptop up 3 flights of stairs and through narrow corridors. By this time i was throughly exhausted and in need of... more

Despite written request for a non smoking room, I dragged my case accross the car park to find a stinking smoker's room. On return to reception the man on the desk informed me that "we don't guarantee non smoking rooms!" This fact is not mentioned on the website. He gave me another room, up three flights of stairs, with case,... more

On two consecutive days they forgot to deliver breakfast to my room, even though I filled out the request card the evening before. One time may be understandable, but after I reported it to the hotel manager I was shocked the same lack of breakfast delivery occurred the second day as well. What a bunch of incompetents! Service at this... more
