We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. Very loud noise from the side road. We could not sleep through the nights. We asked for a wake up call and no one called us. There is no microwave or a fridge. Room curtains are not wide enough to cover the windows. more

I stayed at this hotel this time for 8 days and had previously stayed here as well 2 years ago for around 10 days. I found the hotel very satisfying during both my stays. Rooms are clean, staff is efficient and the location is very ideal. Good food and service as well. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone... more

Having stayed at the Cumberland in Harrow several Times over the last three years, I can not fault the staff and customer care The Location is good for Road & Rail Links (Mainline & Tube All the staff bend over backwards to help and make you feel like a person, Jacque stood out on my last visit for her help,... more

I stayed at this hotel with a friend as we were going on a night out locally. Really could not fault anything. The staff when we arrived were lovely and very efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable and looked lovely. We also had a drink in the bar and breakfast in the restaurant and both were faultless. I... more

Hotel was dated, grubby and I found some staff to be unhelpful. There was no lift so its a good job I didn't have any mobility problems, I did have a case though so it was a bit of a pain navigating three separate sets of narrow winding stairs. The telelvision reception for BBC1 was fuzzy which was annoying as... more

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel, and I would like to respond to your feedback. The hotel does not have a lift as we only have 3 floors in the hotel, but we do offer 24 hour luggage assistance on request to help all customers. We have also addressed the issue of our television...

From the reviews, we expected this place to be a dive but it was not at all. We had to cross the parking lot to stay in the back building. We had some people listening to rap music loudly, and shouting over the music to talk. I didn't really care until it was time for bed (11 pm) I talked... more

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel combining a concert at the nearby Wembley Stadium. The room was dirty and very shabby desperately in need of a revamp. We did complain and got moved to a slightly bigger room but still as shabby with dirty yellow pillows. We had the most unpleasant stay here and certainly would not recommend... more
